No. OOC is fully independent. Our assessments are conducted independently and our recognition reflects only what organizations earn through the assessment process.

OOC is criteria-based, not ranking-based. Every organization that meets our independent certification threshold receives recognition — the outcome is not limited to a fixed number of top performers. We also assess four stakeholder groups rather than employees alone, giving a more complete picture of your workplace.

The OOC assessment captures input from four groups: your senior leadership and owners (online self-assessment), your employees (anonymous survey), your management team (survey), and your customers or external partners (survey).

No. All employee and customer surveys are completely anonymous. Respondents receive a link and complete the survey without creating any account or sharing any personal data. No individual responses are ever attributed to a named person.

The leadership self-assessment typically takes 45 to 60 minutes. Employee and customer surveys take 10 to 15 minutes each. The full process — from registration to receiving your certificate — typically takes 3 to 6 weeks.

Our certified assessors review all responses, compute module-wise scores, and prepare your organization's detailed assessment report. You receive your report and certificate within 10 working days of survey completion.

Certified organizations receive: a detailed assessment report with module-wise scores and recommendations, official recognition status, a digital certificate with unique certificate ID and QR verification code, a shareable digital badge, and a social media announcement kit.

OOC certification is valid for one year from the date of issue. Renewal reminders are sent at 90, 60, and 30 days before your certification expires.

Yes. Every OOC certificate contains a unique ID and QR code. Anyone — a candidate, a client, a partner — can scan the code or visit our verification page to instantly confirm the certificate is genuine and currently valid.

Organizations that do not achieve certification receive a full gap analysis report with specific, prioritized recommendations. Many organizations that initially miss the threshold use their report to improve and are successfully certified in their next assessment cycle.

Yes. Annual renewal is available. Renewing organizations receive a fresh assessment, updated report, new certificate, and year-on-year trend data showing how their scores have evolved.
