Simple. Digital. Respectful of Your Time.
The OOC assessment is designed to be thorough enough to mean something — and simple enough to complete without disrupting your operations.
The Journey
Six clear steps from application to certified recognition.
Register
Complete the short online registration form. Our team reviews your application and activates your account within 48 working hours. You will receive a welcome email with everything you need to begin.
Onboarding
Your HR Administrator receives access to the OOC platform. Our team guides you through the setup — survey configuration, respondent lists, and timeline planning. There is nothing to install.
Leadership Assessment
Your senior leadership and owners complete a structured online self-assessment. It typically takes 45 to 60 minutes and can be completed on any device, at any time.
Stakeholder Surveys
Your HR Administrator shares anonymous survey links with employees, managers, and customers. Respondents need no login and no account — just a link. Surveys take 10 to 15 minutes.
Assessment Review
Our certified assessors review all responses, compute module-wise scores, and prepare your organization's report. This takes 5 to 7 working days after all surveys are submitted.
Results & Certificate
Receive your complete assessment report, recognition outcome, and digital certificate — typically within 10 working days of survey completion. Your QR-verified certificate is ready to share immediately.
How Long Does It Take?
Most organizations complete the full OOC process — from registration to receiving their certificate — within 3 to 6 weeks. The primary variable is the speed of employee and customer survey completion within your organization.
What About Employee Privacy?
Employee surveys are fully anonymous. No individual responses are ever attributed to a named respondent.
The OOC platform does not collect names, device identifiers, or personal data from survey participants. Aggregate data only is used in scoring.
What If You Don't Qualify?
Not every organization achieves certification on its first assessment — and that is completely normal.
Organizations that do not meet the certification threshold receive a full gap analysis report with specific, actionable recommendations. Most organizations that re-apply in the following cycle achieve certification.
